    http://www.cardomain.com/ride/389055...estfield-ma-us

    89 plymouth voyager
was a stock 2.5 TI auto.

    now....
2.2 bored .020 and ballanced (new 2.5 block coming in the spring/summer)
stage 5 ported head from Overboost Motorsports
    Suprer 60 cam
    Fidanza aluminum adjustable cam gear
    Fidanza 8 lb. aluminum flywheel
ported exhaust manifold from Overboost Motorsports
    Holset HE351
custom 5 speed trans built by Cliff Ramsdell
custom cal burnt and socketed by Boost Button
    255 pump, MP +40 injectors
    3 bar
4" DP will go to a 3" rear exhaust section.

i feel like im forgetting things.. if i think of anything i will add it. let me know what you think!

i know it's not the best build... i had to cut corners just so i could drive it sooner. spring time it's getting a built 2.5 block, bigger injectors, and some new goodies

    Re: my van build

if by not the best build you mean youve got enough fuel and turbo for at least 300 hp...

    Stop whining

Although since you dont mention the intake.. im guessing that will be the one thing holding you back. Stock 1pc?

    Also, what clutch?

Dont push the red button. You hear me?

    Re: my van build

for now stock 1 pc. i am making an intake but i wont have it done for a lil while so i'm gonna have to run a stocker til i finish this one. clutch is a high pressure pressure plate with a stock disc for now. the pressure plate came with my 6 puck but for a DD with the baby, i didnt want the 6 puck in the van...

as for the bracket and bolts, i will let you know im going to see if i can make something tomorrow if not, how much shipped to 01085?

    Re: my van build

I think a stronger plate on a stock disc can hold a good amount.. all depending on the plate of course. There is one guy here who ran low 11s in a charger with a very strongly clamped stock disc. Of course, thats most of 1000 lbs lighter than a full weight van..

Post pics of the intake when you are ready to. Im in the process of building a modded 1pc right now too.

dont know how it performs yet i'm going to have the van running this week. found it on ebay for $350 and the thing is mint. WG wasnt frozen, wheels are perfect, even the journals and seals are good. came off a running truck that got hit enough to consider it "totalled"

    Re: my van build

i want to clean up the grille and remove the "plymouth" but i realized the badge is recessed. if i take the badge off, the grille has an inset portion there. i've never done body work so what can i use to fill that and sand it to make it look like the rest of the grille? just a filler? or do i have to use some sort of plastic resin? should i epoxy a piece from another grille there then sand and paint it?

    Re: my van build

I like the way that van looks.. those wheels look surprisingly good on it too which is saying something because i usually dislike those wheels.

Also, you're gonna love the 5spd minivan thing. It adds an amazing amount of fun to the turbo van experience, and it adds a lot of speed, too. My van felt great @14psi even with stock everything, down to exhaust, with 5spd. Ive also owned and driven the same thing with auto and really didnt like it much.

    Re: my van build

yeah i thought it was going to look ok until i realized how much there really was. most of that is coming off soon. lol

4" DP to a straight through muffler then necks down to 3" with a vibrant ultra quiet series resonator. in this vid it does a 90 after the res and comes out the driver side. i cut that 90 off and put the stock tail pipe on it. surprisingly did not affect the spool. probably because of the 4" DP. i was getting stopped by cops for the side exit. they didnt write me tickets cuz they thought it was funny lol they're used to a lot of hondas and subaru's around here so they like that i built a minivan

Im surprised the console fit over the shifter like that.

This is making me want to get back to work on mine. I have SO many different parts sitting around waiting to be put on it.
