AA body Digital Dash?

I need to find a new route to take while driving to work, going past a wrecking yard is heart breaking.

stopped by in the morning on my way to work they had 2 blue/blue identical digital/loaded/turbo 85 New yorkers, they were crushed before i coudl talk with the owner at lunch, oh well.

later in the day going home I saw someone with a gunmetal AA body lebaron on the scrap scale. I went in and had it saved for now. im going to get the digital dash from it and harness tomorrow. didnt look under the hood but it ran and drove. sounded nice too.

I had no idea AA bodies could have digital dash, and since its a AA there's no stupid body computer.

so anyway my plan is to either bribe the workers at the metal yard to look out for turbo dodge cars and call me, or never drive past it again.

I saw one at the yard once, but didn't bother grabbing it. My 95 spirit does have a computer in pass side kick panel, I thought that was a body computer?

I think most of the 90+ AA bodys have a BCM.

Thats probably for the motorized seatbelt and if so equipped the lamp outage module for the center display.

the computer in the passenger side panel is for the messege center.

got the digital dash, tail lights, backup lights, all the switches! all the fake wood dash plastic stuff since it looked new and even the floor mats since they were new as well.

car had 98,000 kilometers.

dont have a message center. I couldn't even get a 2 button traveler to work! I do have the automatic seat belt tho.

That is the headlight/tail light out module.

just curious, i was looking for examples of the dash i pulled and mine is the really old style with bars.

the only ones i see online have fake needle sweeps.

so there is 2 types.

The clusters are the same as the C body, and Y body cars. They changed in 1992 to the fake needle style, that's what is in my 93 Imperial. The digital cluster from an H body will also fit, and it has a much sportier look with a tach.
