    ECM tools

    Does anyone know if the Scan tools used by Dealerships can program an ECM somewhat on a 2nd Gen. Neon computer? Like the rev limit,fuel,timing etc.?

    I would say no, they can reflash the computer with a stock tune per say but they can't change or alter parameters, you need an aftermarket tuner for that.

    No, they can only load updated software developed by Chrysler.

    Which, technically, means yes it can... You just have to have someone at Chryco write the program for you!
