I've been looking for a long time to find out how many of the 208 Lancer Shelby's in '89 were made in each color - white, red, & black. Haven't found the info anywhere, except people say 'black is real rare'. Also, how many had sun roofs, how many were automatics, etc? Mine is a white '89 TII 5 speed w/ sun roof, & i'm the 2nd owner. I know it's fairly rare w/ the sun roof, but somebody somewhere in the world must have the actual numbers. Anyone???????????????????????
wow I can't believe nobody has that info after all these years. Anyone know if there's a way to get the info, like writing to Chrysler or something along those lines?
Yeh I have an 89 Lancer Shelby T1 in white. I haven't come across any color production numbers in my travels. All I know is there were approx. 210 cars built. I want to know the color breakdown too!
I haven`t heard of the color breakdown. I`ve always heard black was the rarest,so someone must have the #`s
