    Re: SDAC BC chapter meeting

I have a stock tII Garrett with a 2.5" swingvalve and a large can wastegate. And I have jason's 2.5" exhaust for it too.
What I do need is a rebuilt cylinder head, studs and a new headgasket. I'm debating whether or not to put my 2 piece intake on her or keep it a 1 piece. I was planning on using it on my rampage but there's another one for sale in kelowna for $175 I can get. I'm going to put a wideband on it too while I have it apart.

Yeah I'm hoping Simon can help me out on that one but I haven't heard from him today. I don't wanna have to do this again in 2 months so I wanna get it at least planed and maybe fully rebuilt. And studs this time instead of bolts

Yeah there will be a little of that but I don't have a head that doesn't need planing that isn't bolted down.

    Go figure,

Drop it off at my shop or house and I'll get it done asap.

Put the 2 piece on and just use a stock head for now, you don't have the time to get one all done up.

I am bike racing this weekend, hence why I am not around, it was so nice today, did a personal best today, for this year,

I'll try and get one to you Monday after work. I have a couple spares so I'll give you one of those while I take the one off the car. I expected it to fail I just was hoping it would go a little longer than this.

I think I'm just gonna leave the stock cam on this one for now a new one isn't in the budget.

Being a T&T, they might have some better track prep for the faster cars that will be there, such as more VHT. Just might hook up better than a regular street legal evening. I shimmed the w.g. canister again, and turned up the pressure on the alky pump, it was just pulsating before, now has a nice high pressure spray.

I doubt it, VHT costs money.

I have to pick up my new pump and put the new tc in somehow before Friday,

If Brian is doing track prep, there will be VHT. He sprays it quite a way past the starting line, Shannon only sprays about 3-4 feet on street legals. Brian knows how to prep.
