    The older ones had cluster issues, but I don't think that's the case here, the cluster seems to work, it just doesn't seem to think the car is on when it's on. Plus my aftermarket electronics are not turning on either. That does make it sound like an ignition switch issue, but wouldn't the car not start if there was a problem with the ignition switch?

    no not always true, i have had several chevys in the past(cavaliers) that would start and run but not have a working dash,radio,wipers,turnsignals. i would def. look into that.

    I replaced the ignition switch, still having the same problem.

    look at wiring connector that connect the dash plug to the firewall plug , if you did move the dash it happens that it does'nt make a good contact , hapened to me in a 2000 neon to srt swap
