Bought some more parts for my minivan from Chris at TU. As always, great service, quick delivery, everything spot on!

We had an issue where the dumb postal service crushed the rear of the package and bent the headgasket and intake gasket. Chris, being the great guy that he is, sent me out another set of gaskets, free of charge. That's good service!

One of the other things I've been wanting to point out with his company, and I cannot express enough how important or meaningful it is to me, is that he ALWAYS answers his phone. If he doesn't he's calling back within 5 minutes. That right there blows me away with him! When I was back in the VW scene there was only one company that could properly do a computer for my car (c2) and they we're impossible to get in touch with. Never would they answer their phone unless you called a million times.

So! Thanks again Chris for the great service! I'm very happy to have you as a vendor in our community and don't change a thing!

Agreed. He gets a 110% from me on customer service. He has answered his phone in an important meeting when I called and before. And called me back when I didn't leave a message. Totally caught me off guard.

And he stands by every product he has sold no matter how long it's been when most other companies say "sorry, it's been over 30 days".
