Why can't you send your uncle the money and have him take possession of the title?
Ryan, the guys a total flake and wants me to sign the title in front of him, its not advertised so it shouldn't be going anywhere. I'm living in Nashville tn. Now, by the way.
Ahh, IC. If its not going anywhere than this isn't going to matter, but to be sure, your uncle could buy the car - with your money, sign the title in his name, and then there is no sales tax to go from his name to yours. I'd just hate to hear, "didn't get the car..."
