new dizzy new coil new cap an rotor new plugs new wires what else could it need? i just bought it yesterday the previous owner replaced all the parts it was running he went into the gas station came back out an it would'nt start any idea's?

I take it that the engine cranks over ?
First thing I would do is check for compression in each cylinder.
I will bet that the CAMSHAFT snapped in two .
I have had this happen twice and it had no spark.

lol really cuz its making some narrly grinding sound now guess its time to open it up.
sometimes a follower gets knocked out of position.
If your cam snapped the timing belt tension was too high.
no spark is either relay[the black square one] or bad hall effect sensor[between dizzy+cap].
Bet the auxillary shaft and oil pump gear are chewed up. Check the rotor position at TDC.
