James, I think we should be there a bit earlier than 3pm...hopefully around 1-1:30pm.

We need to talk tonight and figure out how we are get everyone pitted/camping together/next to each other.

My buddy is also bring his family late Friday night (when are the locking people out again?) or have to drive over VERY early Saturday morning in his SRT-4. It looks like he will be getting me his tent, drag radials, etc. to haul with my truck so I could get a spot set up for them too. According to the call he made to the track/Chrysler Classic Events people, we can only save one spot for someone else and they can take them from us as the track fills up. How does this event compare to PINKS? I would guess the grassy areas are not going to be as full was they were then. We can work out details of how to set up tonight.

We pitted on the left side of the track, past the timing boards, in the grassy area last year. We'd like to get that area again. There really wasn't too many people pitted around us, we had plenty of room. Most people pit on the right side of the track on the asphalt. That side was PACKED last year.

The track schedule originally said gates close at 6pm.
Chrysler Classic guy told me that the gates close at 8pm.
Track lady told me that the gates close at 10pm.
The track schedule now says gates close at 10pm.

Call me tonight.

We have the baddestass fire pit in the world (Thanks again Big Brudda!) with grill top and will also have a gas grill. Fleckster will be bringing a gas grill as well.
