    Re: Valve springs

The best spring right now is the Comp conicals #26995, but they cost a lot, and you have to buy a set of 16, plus you need the matching retainers. If you want the Comp springs Simon sells, I have a used set with moly retainers that I couldn't use due to a very high lift cam.

Your cam is what in the end really dictates what springs to run!

If you want to buy valvesprings to help with the top end pull of a 2.5, buy any valvespring that comes with a 2.2 crank and pistons

Dealer or maybe Ebay, Mancini motorsports, or go the wreckers and find a DOHC cam Neon, Stratus etc, 1999+ I think as the earlier ones were updated.
