    Pipe size?

    What size pipe should i run? 2.5" or 3"? Its a all stock T1 2.2, only mods are FMIC, 2.5 injecters, 14psi, auto, no cat.

    If your done moding it than 2 1/2 will be fine imo

    but if you are gonna put it on the quarter for some fun the 3" would breathe better

    Stock T1... early or late? Garet or mitsu turbo?

    You can neck up from the stock exhaust flange to 3-inch and run mandrel 3" out the back.

    Anytime I'm asked what size exhaust the answer is always the largest you can fit/afford.

    your right but i've seen it kill the donut if the sv is to small

    mitsu with 2.25 sv. Thats probly all that will get done to in the near future.

    Nah, run a 2.5 donut for a few inches then go 3 inch, but he sold the car to "4cefedomni",

    IMO 3" is too big, too hard to quiet on a stocker
    just cut off my 3" welded on 2.5......IMO

    +1 to that my 3" system have all been quiter then my 2 1/2 and smaller
    with the same brand muffler installed.

    The car is now mine and ended up getting a 2.5" exhaust with no cat and a hooker super comp muffler. I don't find it too loud but I don't mind a louder exhaust.
