can i use center console for automatic on manual?

just want to check if i can use the floor section of a center console for an automatic on my 5 speed L-body.

Are you asking about the lever part that you pull down to go from P to D? I don't see how that would work. I don't know if the bracketry on the floor is the same between the two though.

The console for autos and 5 speed interchange except the part around the actual shifter.
