porting the exhaust and intake manifolds

so im thinking about doing a little porting on the manifolds myself. what works and doesnt work? should i gasket match all the ports or is that too much? i'll at least clean up flashing and smooth everything out. the head is stock right now but may go to wallace in the future for a stg 1, the turbo is either going to be a 57 trim or a holset, full 3" exhaust is already there. any before and after pics of what you guys have ported?

http://www.gethoned.com/auto.php that would be the way to go followed by a gasket match for stock parts, otherwise its custom manifold time.
