    Chrome rims.....

    and the salt belt do not mix.

    I still haven't figured out how GM and Chrysler manage to chrome plate ONE SIDE of a truck bumper, allowing it to rust from the inside out.

    lay them down and spray them from the top?

    Chrome isn't sprayed on. It's a applied through electroplating.

    i know that... lay them on a metal table and shower them with the solution from the top... seems like they could crank more out on a conveyor system that way than dipping them

    They were the ones from my Olds. Only reason they were chrome is because they came that way when I bought it. It has different rims now, non-chrome.

    Chrome Aluminum NEVER works. The bumper on my truck is chromed aluminum and it did pretty much the same thing. My PT looser wheels also did the same thing

    I click on the private messages link in the upper left and when the screen comes up, "your control panel" is on the left. It has all the stuff there from posting pics to putting your avatar in.

    yea seems like it would look nice, which is why i asked. I like black anyway and keeping mine black, im just going to re-do them in a powdercoat gloss black.
