Lancer no start

Went to move the car and it won't start. I have no fuel or spark, checked all grounds that I could find and fusible links look good. Will a bad hep cause the fuel pump not to work or just no spark? Is there a way of checking it to see if it's the problem. I haven't checked for codes since the cel never came on before this. It's an 85 lancer turbo with no mods. Thanks in advance for any help.

No codes ever came on before I had a code for ASD relay. Might as well check.

Tried to check for codes but when I try it will no flash any. Light comes on when I turn the key on, but when I try to pull codes I get nothing?????

Hmmm,does your CEL flash with the clicking of the relays like mine???
