    HNBR O-ring size?

Does anyone know what size the O-rings are where the AC lines mate to the compressor?

I got a $5 multi-pack of HNBR O-rings from the local auto parts store and I got two to fit but they seem a little small in terms of thickness.

This is the last item I need to address before I can evacuate and charge the system. Yeah I know it's December, but spring will be here soon and I'm excited at the prospect of having working air again this spring summer.

The dealer told me the sizes are 1.25" and 0.75" and of course they are NS1. Now where to find them as these are larger than most of the O-rings in the assortment kits you can typically buy.

That may be the way to go.

You would think getting o-rings would be easy. Nothing is ever easy LOL.

The dumbest little things are always the hardest with these cars.

FWIW I bought a seal/gasket kit from AZ for an 8v engine w/denso compressor and it came with lots of extra O-rings.. But I dont have a clue how the T3 compressor is setup

    Re: HNBR O-ring size?

I finally found O-rings. My local NAPA had a box with individual O-rings and I matched some up and they fit. Most of the larger multi-packs I found online (aka 30 most popular sizes) did not have O-rings in these larger sizes.
