150 minimum. We usually ask those we contact for enough for 175-200, and many places send us just 100. If we get only 100 of certain items, then we stuff all items into the bags till we run out of the lower amount items. Those bags are the "A" bags which go first to those that pre-registered, sponsors, and those that help us out.
