    EXACTLY!

Now tell me this: How many companies/vendors this size would even think of going on a car forum to make things right? Nobody... but Rockauto!

This tells me they actually give a hoot.... and listen.

Hopefully, this doesn't leave a bad taste in their mouth and leave.... who wouldn't want their discount code then?

Well, I'll throw in my two cents. I've purchased from Rockauto for the last six years (IIRC) and I've never had a problem. That said though, I've never ordered anything particularly fragile.

I've only had one problem when ordering from them, and honestly its probably the manufacturer's fault. I ordered new rear bumper mounts for my Grand Cherokee. My bumper holes were situated vertically in line with each other, the brackets had the holes diagonally. It didn't take long to redrill, but it was kind of a wtf? situation.

All's been well here, granted like most I haven't ordered anything fragile. Everything comes in on time (and shipping is very quick to boot!), and is exactly as described. There are some very good deals on that website.
