    solenoid WG control Vs. Pressure control

    I saw one of these:

    if i had the $ to throw around and still was running an int wg, i would try this.

    take the signal from the factory wg solenoid, hook that up to a sens wire on a relay, then push full 12+ from batt to this solenoid to open/close the int wg.

    not sure if this throws out, or pulls in on charge, but either way could be modified with a cable/lever system.

    just a random thought

    I'm thinking wouldn't you want a smooth linear opening / closing of the wastegate.

    It would take a bit of work to use that. The wg solenoid signal is ground cycled, not power cycled to start. There's another 3 or 4 issues that come to mind that would stop it from being plug and play. Then you'd have to 'tune' that solenoid in on top of the electronics.
