Didn't realize that there wasn't a thread about Carlisle yet!!!

New Pre-Registeration options available this year.. Gate N Go pre-registeration ends tomorrow - June 7th. They now mail you your entry window sticker and all info you need before you arrive. You pick up your goody bag, etc once you've arrived but this will save you a lot of time! Pre-Reg is $40.

Pre-Reg discount ends June 21st, and prices go up $10 after this date.

Please select SHELBY DODGE AUTOMOBILE CLUB as your club affiliation for registration so we can get the club tent for free. We need at least 25 entries to make this free, so please make sure you select this as your club to alleviate the expense.

I've always thought that the later model (80's and up) parts selection to be in short supply at Carlisle. If you were in need of muscle car era parts, you were golden. I quit looking for parts for my Lebaron there...it was just a waste of time.

I'll be there........ not brining my Omni this year though. Just finishing up on my "73" Dart and that is what I am taking this year. ( I did apply my SDAC membership for the event..... I hope you get the tent for free!!!) See you all there!

I've never been before. Can you give me a brief rundown of the events. Is is only a swap meet and car show? Is there only 1 Chrysler Nationals in the country and people from all over come here or is this more of a local event?

Hard to believe you are so close and never been there. Probably more registered cars than the Mopar Nats, much larger swap meet, but my favorite time there is the local 1/8 mile dragstrip that runs a Chrysler event on Friday the 9th, in the late afternoon till dark (no lights)

its a tiny track from the 50's and not much has changed since then, its the tracks largest event of the year and its all mopars, do yourself a favor and check it out.

I had a caliper lock up on the 'vert on the way to SDAC, it made a hell of a mess. Now I've got to change the caliper, hose, bearing, pads and refinish the wheel. Hopefully I should be able to get that done tomorrow, as long as nothing else decides to f' up, I'll be ready.

i was planning on bringing the spirit, but the fuel pump went bad. i have to call fuelab on monday, so i doubt that they'll have it back to me before the weekend. not sure if i feel like driving out there to just hang out for a few hours. oh well, there is always next year.

if it has a -10 inlet and outlet then lets do it. otherwise, there would probably be a lot of modifications to do to the pumps.

nothing a pair of fittings couldn't fix
