ok i did a t2 swap on my 86 s/c and im using my old computer intell i get my stage 2 glhs computer replaced.im using my 803 injectors right now and im running rich but my a/f gauge is reading lean?i only have my down pipe on there thats it for now

Is that a/f gauge reading you're referring to at wide open throttle or part throttle.
when i start it up it close to middel yellow then when it warms up it goes 2 red it a phantom auto meter 20leds
Your a/f gauge is pretty much always either going to bounce around or show lean at anything besides wide open throttle. Thats because you're in open loop mode where the computer uses all the sensors to read and make adjustments to the mixture. Then once you go wide open throttle you go into a closed loop mode, where the comp. ignores almost all the sensors and resorts to its pre-programmed maps for fuel and spark. The only time you care what the a/f gauge reads is at WOT. You're most likely running pretty rich.
well maybe if you only have a downpipe, there is no back pressure and therefore there is more air in the pipe than normal, throwing the o2 off. Just a thought. But yeah the A/F gauges are only accurate at WOT
