1989 Dodge "Shebly" Daytona headlight issue

The harness is all there. when connected only the driver side parking light gets power.. the guy who had it before me had fun cutting all kinds of wires and it looks like he had some sort of switch on the floor. but it dosnt hookup to anything>< was wondering if anyone had any ideas.. or a wiring schematic from the headlights into the dash so i can rewire the switch on the inside of the dash and run the power and all that myself... and bypass the engine control computer.. thats mounted on the inside of the driver quarter panel.. been reading about them and alot of guys have light issues seemingly because of it. any help would be appreciated.. thanks guys

I would try allpar.com They are a big knowledge source for these cars. Sounds like you do need a schematic. The haynes manual for the car may be of use to you. Are you lights not
comming on, or are they not flipping up?
