Forged pistons / turbo II rods question

I want to place an order for some Venolia 2.2 pistons and turbo II rods. These will all be going in a 2.2 from 87 lancer es.

My question is will these fit my engine ok? I'll be having a machine shop bore the cylinders to match pistons.

Will the TII rods be bored out to take these pistons if I order them as a set from you?
