Basically, they don't like doing it and will bend you over if you really want to.
Well I may have to leave Indy to fly out elsewhere. Flight got canceled, so not sure when I'll be able to leave. May have to look into driving back to Memphis early just to get a flight out. Temps tonight and tomorrow are supposed to be dropping into the negative numbers and highs of the same tomorrow. Waiting for Delta to call back for an assessment on my travel plans since they canceled my flight this afternoon out to Atlanta. Right now there is no snow and everything is clear, so not sure why they just up and canceled a flight to Atlanta.

Well hope you get there, they shut Indy down, no questions asked. I love the cage, it's very clean and subtle, to a degree. You really can't see it from outside the car and the side bars that tapered down a bit that run by the seats were just what I wanted. Missed the arm rest, so got to keep those. He also built the cage into a box that tied the floorpans with the frame of the car, so it's nice and tight, so to speak. I can definitely tell a difference when taking corners and even changing lanes. The whole car goes where I direct it at one time, almost no body roll.

Good luck getting home or to Atlanta at least!

Just wanted to update. Found this thing lying around, figure I'll do something with it. I GUESS I'll replace the dual pivot K frame I have with this tubular dual pivot K frame.

It will be fun. I'm not expecting to do well at all honestly. Reason is is because the neon lacks a lot of power comparatively to your guy's cars. Yeah sure it handles well but that can't be all lol. Just some good competitive talking.

STILL looking forward to it. We gotta talk our games or what's the point?! I for one and very glad we've had autocross multiple years. Even if we don't have one this year, I think it's important to get the motivation going to get others interested who might not otherwise think about it. Joy (cordes' wife) was itching to drive her Daytona and did last year. Now she's into it and wants to compete again. Maybe Mike Marra will bring a car and run, who knows!?

Not sure what those are. Like a mobile alignment setup? Or something else?

I don't recall anyone bringing their own plates. I have seen guys with a tape measure out here and there though.

Long overdue. Thankfully only had to remove the screws that hold the front cover to the headlight bar and pry it back. Just a note, when you paint your car be sure to keep the nuts for the emblem and put it on before you re-install it.
