Sorry If I made you sick

Still trying to get that 9.99 on a 50 trim, Dont know if it is possible,(or why I even want to find out) but it is getting close, got some more tricks up my sleeve.
I've actually got something else up my sleeve that I want to try as I intend on doing some other aerodynamic studies of my car that you might find useful as well. I've got to figure out how to exactly pull it off, but I have the basic idea in my head and planned out.

    Re: Laser XE coming back

Oh ya, I forgot to mention. Back a couple of weeks ago when I ran the 10.21, I did it with a busted crank. The last run of the day was my best and when I was warming the car up the next morning in the pits I walked by the front of my car while it was idling, and out of the corner of my eye I noticed the trigger wheel wobblin a little. WTH! turns out the nose of the crank was broke, but the thru bolt held it all together. The timing didnt even change!
I was so intent on running a nine I thought about tightening the bolt and having another go, but better judgement kicked in and I put it in the trailer and went home.

So now I have a forged crank I am installing tonite, should be running in a few days.
I have one-maybe two more shots at going nines on a 50 trim. If I cant get it done this year yet then it will be NO MORE MR. NICE GUY, cause this winter the GTX3582R is goin in. I'm done pissing around with this little pea-shooter turbo.
I'm going after Stephane's 8V record, 9.44 I think it is. wish me luck.

Wow. What do you think caused it? I've seen that a couple times now on cars with those fancy crank trigger deals.

I'm thinking it was fatigue, crank was cast not forged, came out of a high mileage wreck, and then I put about 350-400 drag runs on it.
I dont see how it can be related to the trigger wheel, as that is about 10 times lighter than all the pullies the production cars run.
so now I made this new trigger and hub, even lighter....................
