    mix and match harness mess.

The car im fighting with is 1993 acclaim.

ive changed the body and dash harness to a 91 or 92 High end model. ive got plugs for all the options now.

the engine harness is from a 90 SBEC (the single plug computer.)

the rear engine harness that goes to the transmission and starter is the original 93 one.

and lastly the front engine harness to the alternator and hep is of unknown year but the wrong one as there is no ground connection on the 90 engine harness for the coolant fan.

    here are the cars problems

-horn isnt working, I figured out the clock spring is different between 93 and 90 by counting the wires so thats no prob ill just throw in a 90 clock spring.
-coolant fan not working, this ive fixed by just grounding the coolant fan to the head where the harness grounds anyway.
-cruse control, I dont care about cruse control. no fix required.
-speed sensor isnt doing squat I cant fix this I need some diagrams or advice.
-transmission has a lockup converter, how can I wire this up, perhaps all the way to the engine computer.

any help would be awesome this car goes for its safety inspection this Friday.

I don't think that a 1990 turbo computer will control the lockup converter.

    only the 50 pin bulkheads.

the 93 automatic trans harness and the 90 engine harness are the two i most need for the speedometer.

and anything lockup related on the computer plug 91-93

^^ yea that helped a ton, thanks.

can anyone confirm 1990 cars VSS sensors have 2 wires and 93 cars have 3?

on the 93 diagram it shows the extra wire running to pin 7 (8volt output) on the PCM, on the 90/91 turbo engine it goes to hep pickup but on the 93TBI
