Pics of a Lancer/Baron engine bay?

I have the engine harness of an '88 Shelby Lancer for my '87 J body.

With a factory ground wire attached to the head and the coolant temp plugged in, the harness is about a foot away from reaching it's perch located on the front engine mount. Is the Lancer that different from my J body??

Or did I somehow manage to gather the wires and re-wrap the harness that bad? I didn't seperate the wiring, I simply re spliced any rotten splices, and put fresh tape on it. The ground wire and sensor wires should come off the harness right below where they plug in. Even if I did pull more wire out, that just means the wire is stretching toward the battery and the harness still won't fit right.

You are too neat. The temp sensor wire comes out early near the front engine mount and angles up to the sensor ar 45 degrees. The ground wire just angles a little bit.
