    What vacuum line is this?

I think it goes to the factory boost gauge but please confirm. The car is an 89 CSX.

    Thanks again guys.

I believe that actually feeds the inside of the car. It runs the boost gauge as well as the HVAC stuff.

No the Hvac stuff is a seperate system under the heater lines into the car. That's for the boost gauge.

So there is another line for the vacuum actuators of the hvac system?

Then where does it hook to? No one ever mentions the HVAC stuff when talking about connecting a vacuum block, and I never specifically hooked up the HVAC stuff when I installed mine.

the HVACruns off the brake booster "TEE" on the booster it self...that is indeed the boost gauge line...mabye orginal design of that perticular area was designed for right hand drive...

i no longer run the gauge or hose and that got left unpluged.... i ran a new one into the driverside for my auto meter boost gauge...

vac block really only needs... a boost gauge port, MAP port, Fuel pressure and boost control port...( unless u have to run emission stuff, ur on ur own here)....i run the BOV off the back of the 1piece intake port, next to the booster port.

heres an easy, i call it a "VAC manifold" rather a block but same concept, just easy to make....and relativity cheap, unless ur a machinist

heres what it looks like on the car

this is one w/o the dual g- valves...

Here is a diagram I made for myself when I tore everything out and started from scratch:

TII stock set-up, showing everything in it's general location. HVAC and cruise pull off the booster. You can also run cruise off the turbo nipple and tee into the booster line, etc.

Look in the emissions section. They are in there, just not so simple in layout.

really the vac diagrams are simple to read if you just take a bit and look at them. They're in the FSM's like 135sohc said and on the dodge garage too.
