    GT vacuum

    what should the vac be on a GT, auto. because my moms is around 10, that seems pretty low.

    good autometer boost gauge? In park or neutral I would think easy over 15 and at 15 in gear. 10 does seem pretty low. I'll fwd the link to my buddy with a GT that has a SRT4 boost gauge on it and 23k miles to see if he'll reply to what he gets.

    15 on vac but my gauge is on 2 PSI with the engine off lol. 10 is way too low though

    In park at idle it should be between 15-20in/hg

    Try a known gauge if you can. Stockers tend to lie sometimes

    PT GT's don't have a stock gauge, and the SRT4 gauge is from Autometer.

    Hmm intwisting. Thought they did(yes I assumed since he was reading one,lol). The SRTs commonly have innaccurate gauges though.

    If it's a known good gague, I'd think something was wrong. If the engine light is off, it could be the exhaust cam out a tooth. Then again, it could be lots of things.

    Make sure you have the gauge feed to actual manifold vacuum.

    If it was at truly 10", it would run and idle like crap.

    My vac. at idle sits at 20, just FYI.
