I've got some bad news for you, that ain't gonna stop the oil in the intercooler pipes. First your dealing with a $hit design on behalf of Chrysler. Second, oil in the intercooler plumbing is blow by. You need an oil catch can to stop that. Here's what I did: http://www.turbo-mopar.com/forums/sh...ad.php?t=21119

Ive got a catch can installed already. I was getting more oil than normal, and the engine has good compression and clean oil in the crankcase. JT recommended doing this according to my symtoms. http://www.turbo-mopar.com/forums/vb...&articleid=142

Might help, might not. Engine is probally comming back apart this summer.

I RTV'd my baffle in when I re did my VC gasket and I havent gotten around to doing anything with the breather. Its just open and there isnt a bit of oil blown on the intake. I figured it was going to blow insane amount of oil because it has 170k on the clock.

Got the kit. The installation tool is really weak and bent all up after putting a few in. I was barely putting any pressure to turn the helicoils in too. I thought I was buying a good brand but guess not.

Made my own tool for installation out of of some stainless rod thats a millionty times stronger than the one supplied. Got all the helicoils in. Its a great feeling when all your bolts tighten down!
