I made 6 passes. My best was 15.310 at 92.56mph with 2.5 60". On my last pass I heard a knock. Oil pressure is still perfect and I hope it's a lifter. I pulled each plug wire and the knock didn't go away as each wire was pulled. I will be pulling the valve cover tomorrow.

the knock was probably due to the lifters getting aerated from the oil being whipped up.
just drive it easy and see if it goes away.
you will be in the 14's easily with a better launch. nice job. sorry i couldnt be there.

I drove it home about 40 miles and it didn't go away. I was shitting bricks the whole way. It didn't get worse either. I am satisfied with my trap speed. My setup is basically a stock t2 with open downpipe, 14psi, UDP, back cut valves, built auto, stock converter. I was launching with only like 3psi.

hmm yeah thats a little wierd.
check the flexplate bolts. they can loosen up and knock and they sound just like rod knock. the flex plate could have cracked too. ive had that happen before.
