Do you have a Fedex or UPS account? If not, open one, it's a lot cheaper with the account.

I did register for a UPS account the other day. just putting in a fictitious shipment to check it out the price did come down by about $20 but its still not this sub $100 price everyone throws around. Fedex doesnt offer any savings unless your a business and doing alot of shipping, I do prefer them more though.

Does anyone know where to physically buy the Rubbermaid Roughneck Tote 35 Gallon container as pictured and described in this thread for shipping transmissions? I am having a difficult time locating a place with out have to pay shipping from online companies, for an empty container.

Greatly appreciate anyone who know of a store name (i.e. ACE Hardware, WalMart, Target, etc.) and SKU # that carry these.

Anyone ship a tranny recently? I checked prices online and shipping a 555 from PA to WI is roughly $170 for fedex and $230 for UPS. Seems pretty insane, prices me out on shipping trying to sell this 555. Looks like it's local only.

Home Depot was the only local place I could find one here. They've been redesigned and are now 37 gallons.

Opening an account with Fedex is free and shipping cost is at least 15% less. No reason not to.

When you get your quote at FedEx, do not use the Freight option.
I just quoted a 125# package from DFW to Holland, MI for $99.19 using FedEx Ground.
    I don't have an account.

Maybe they're forgetting to tell you PA is under unofficial zombie quarantine, they don't want anything to get out.
