INCREDIBLE WORK ON THE HEADER! I am amazed seeing all your time and effort turn into something so awesome. I can't wait to see the car run with it.

Deff Don't go less than 3.5"! It will hurt all the hard work that you've done so far!!!!

there will be mounting tabs on the turbo flange. also will be a support bracket from block to collector. Thin shilds will be between header and intake, down pipe and brakes, and turbo and throttle body, starter has a shield on it already (not pictured). the turbo will be wrapped in a blanket, the header is wrapped and the down pipe pass the K frame will be wrapped. I hope heat wont be an issue.

Looks like a PITA to work around Nice work though, should work good. I wouldn't increase the pipe size after the downpipe, would hurt the velocity it seems like to me.

Agreed, the merge of the turbine and W/G right off the turbo is the reason for running 3.5-4" exhaust. If this turbo did not have an internal W/G I would prob still be running 3" exhaust and dumping the W/G to atmosphere.

Cage looks good, didn't know you could angle the side bars down so low or I would have done that with mine! (could have swore I read where it needs to pass by your shoulder and elbow at a certain hieght?) I'm jealous!

i think for true NHRA class racing they would want that. esp if you are running faster than 10.0 (or approaching it) but for around here and the 7or 8 tracks that ive been to they could care less. Not to mention that with all the other safety equipment in the car they may just overlook it. plus its a street car, i wouldnt do high bars.

I hear ya, I can still slide over mine no problem, but I like how yours just miss the door arm rests. Mine run right across the back third and leave a slight impression.
