Sounds like a cool build. I would suggest the NV3500 over the ax15. Some of the V6's came with the NV3500 though.

Wow, I literally just had this idea, but you beat me too it. I drove a Vert to the Jersey Shore when I was in High School - that thing was a magnet. Everyone loved it. I'd like to drop in a V8 though. Hmmm, 4WD or RWD? Would it be a rugged 4x4 or a low ride sport type?
