Manual rack rebuild pieces or WTB L bod rack

As the lil redbox gets faster,i start thinkin more bout fixing this issue. looks like a plastic bushing has come apart some time ago where inner tie rod goes into body of rack. It evidently keeps tie rod from having up n down movement. Is there a source for rack pieces like this. Im sure power racks wont fit since manual racks have smaller housing. Will try n get pic later if i can. Or if someone has a good manual rack they can part with. Knew i shoulda jumped on a couple that came along on here in for sale section

Its located under the Coke can which use to keep plastic bushing from sliding out. Now its gone or slid further inside. And before ya mite ask,I had to get to the track when i came across this issue many moons ago

try duralast rebuild kit 8570 from autozone

I think I can still get a reman manual rack, I had them listed a year or more ago. They aren't cheap, but not expensive either, lol.

The duralast number showed a rack for $2xx. a lil outta my range. Just tryin to be traditionally cheap i guess. Ill jus have Stratman drive it if it gives any probs haha. Wantin to use my Ebay/paypal money

Hmm lemme see what i can do. Came across a manual rack when cleanin my storage shed out. Came out of Ed Peters ITB Omni i had an "incident" in. Binds when turnin,but may be able to disassemble for pieces i need. Gotta keep the thrifty TD spirit alive!!!haha
