Duluth, MN isn't the middle of nowhere. It is the 3-5th largest city in MN. Lame excuse in this day and age about not having a digital camera. His son, daughter, grand kids, neighbors, coworkers, etc. could easily do that for him. Sounds like a unmotivated seller to me. He's mastered the art of email and the internet. I too asked for pics, waited, then bought another car instead. Those who snooze...

Last year, the seller was kind enough to mail me some polaroid shots of the car, as i too was interested in it. the pictures were decent, but not very detailed, sorta dark, and no close-ups of critical areas. the pix left me wanting to see more. i suggested to seller he would be well served when asking top, top dollar for a GLHT to provide an abundance of detailed pix of the car, especially digital pix that can be e-mailed or posted. that's the way to sell this car, which if you ask me, appears to be a beautiful survivor in one of the best color combos offered.

A hundred bucks for a half decent digital camera is a cheap investment when trying to sell a $6000 car.

This guy has posted his phone number several times. I wouldn't hound him, but for those of you who are seriously interested, give him a call and snatch it up! Here's one of his earlier posts.

I would assume it's an older guy selling, just due to the ads posted. I know it would be a cold day in hell before my dad got a digi camera, snapped picts, and posted them on the internet. However, as Todd mentioned, most people have someone in the family or a friend that could help them out.
