I was looking at some of those grounding kits on ebay that has like 7 wires that run to various points in the engine bay area and help to make a better ground connection. Do ya think that this will help at all?

in theory yes, however if your current grounds are in good shape i doubt it would provide any gains
i was just mostly looking for something a little better than the 3 wires that are there now. The current ones are in fairly good shape, the starter turns with ease at 20 below
