    Piston Choice ?

For a stock to "mild" econo 2.2 rebuild - what pistons do you recommend besides forged. I have access to some stock mahles and T2 rods - but I may need a re-bore - .020" is what I'm thinking.

Besides Mahle - what is the next best choice ?

    Re: Piston Choice ?

i could be wrong but from my reading and everything i have learned its either forged or the mahles. the cast will not last in a turbo motor and the hyper pistons dont either. IF you have a set of mahles use them But if you have the money then forged is good insurance hope this helps
