P-body center console.

Thought about making a new center console to incorporate a cup holder, covered storage bin, hold the power mirror switch and hold a factory slave CD player. But before getting to far into this.

Does the slave CD player need to be sitting horizontal to work properly ?

witch console do you have? ive only seen the higher end full console here in Canada. it already has some of the best pull out cup holders.

the only thing i see you gaining is a spot for the cd player.

Best thing about reworking the center console, you'll be able to move the parking brake to where it should be!

Yeah I wish I had one of those . mines the base console, which is about useless for anything. one pretend cupholder in front of the shifter and the bin behind it.

and I prefer the parking brake on the floor.

Do you have the metal bracket that bolts to the floor also ? Without that bracket the front section wont be supported and flop around.

And also my car is a 94... so its got that stupid automatic shoulder belt and the rear most section is somewhat specific as its got the seatbelt under there. but I suppose something could work

heres what I was able to dig out today, cant find the storage bins but its no big deal I can locate some free or next to free ones.

I'm not to worried about the armrest/storage bin. They gotta be from a 94 US market car which probably wont exist up your way. Rear bin/arm rest portion from an earlier year car wont fit over the seat belt reel thats down inside there.

by chance do you have the 'adapter' portion where the power mirror/window switch plate would snap into in your collection ?
