jt it is being decided and my lawyer is handling it my lawyer will notify me with the court day and is sending middnghttoker a summons and when i get the court date u will be the first to know

Thanks for the offer, but T-M is not a court and we really don't want to get into this any more than trying to protect our members who may have puchased parts from this car.

FIRST OF ALL if this was going to court this would be going to small claims court where lawyers are not allowed and you go in front of a mediator.Onlyt he defendant and plaintiff are in the courtroom and involved. And Mikey Pooh you should know this Mr going to college to become a lawyer. And if there was a harassment charge on Tony there would be a cop at his front door because yes he is a convicted felon and is on probation so if there was would have already been gone done and picked up no questions asked.. And no he is not on probation for anything like this for anyone wondering. So Mikey please shutup and quit blowing smoke up these peoples a**es and quit causing problems. And for anyone wondering i know both parties and of anyone wants my opinion on either one ask.
