A van should swap, Shadow etc, with the GM/Saginaw steering column. Van's pre 90, cars started to change around 90.
Rad, they are all pretty close, is yours the stock TII small rad? If so, TU has some aftermarket replacements otherwise your getting your's fixed or custom or fit a larger stocker in place.

Just so everyone knows, I got ahold of a Hollander manual, and the column and radiator from a Reliant or Aries swaps. I scored a non-tilt column, a floor shifter, and 2 radiators from a pair of derelict 2dr K-cars.
