    For Sale: 1985 Dodge Shelby Charger

    I bought this car from the original owner on May 27, 1988 with 52,000km’s (32,500miles) on it. He bought the car new from Rond-Point Dodge & Chrysler in Longueuil, Quebec. I’ve winter stored it since 1989 & it’s been garage kept since 1993. The car was 100% stock when bought, 1 hour after I picked it up, I had a MOMO steering wheel installed & 2 weeks later, I swapped in the Mopar Performance logic module. From the day I bought it, I’ve been modifying & upgrading it up to the level it’s at & has been since 2003 which consists of…

    ’88 T II block, balanced & prepped, .040” over with JE pistons.
    MP big valve G head, ported & polished, flows well (I have the #’s).
    Taft S3 roller camshaft.
    Modified 1 piece intake (I have pics) with 52mm throttle body.
    Large FMIC.
    Modified T II fuel rail with 57pph Siemens injectors & FM AFPR.
    Walbro HP 255lph in tank fuel pump.
    3/8” feed fuel line, 5/16” return.
    Ported T II ceramic coated exhaust manifold.
    FM E3 50 trim/stage 2 .63 A/R ceramic coated turbo.
    Stainless coolant & oil feed lines to turbo.
    3” mandrel bent exhaust with bolt in 3” high flow cat or straight pipe.
    Walker Dynomax 3” UltraFlo muffler.
    2.5” aluminum upper intercooler pipe.
    Turbo XS RFL BOV.
    RP custom 3bar cal ’87 LM.
    GM 3bar map sensor.
    Crane Hi-6 ignition with Crane LX-92 coil.
    Magnecor 8.5mm ignition wires.
    Custom radiator with Flex-A-Lite slim fan.
    Hardened MP engine mounts.
    ’88 A555 transmission with chrome moly end plate & Shadow shifter cables.
    Modified T III PP with 4 puck ceramic disc clutch.
    Lightened flywheel.
    FM under drive pulley.
    180 degree thermostat.
    Front strut tower bar.
    MP lowering springs.
    KYB GR-2 shocks with new top plates.
    Polished pizza wheels with Hankook K-102 tires.
    Stock brakes.
    Bosch H4 headlights.
    Electric windows (Yes, power windows)
    Shelby floor mats.
    Autometer gauges, oil, fuel, EGT, 30psi boost & shift light.
    Innovate Motorsports LM-1 wideband O2 sensor.

    I also have the original short block & steering wheel plus many extra parts including…
    Spare A-555 transmission.
    New complete Spare axles.
    S60 slider camshaft with followers.
    ’88 TBI roller cam.
    ’89 turbo roller cam.
    ’88 turbo cylinder head.
    ’88 exhaust manifold & turbo.
    Various transmission parts.
    L & R outer door skins, new.
    Used hatch, no glass.
    Original valve cover.
    Plus many other extra parts to be included.

    Wow What a nicely set up Charger, nothing not to like about that carTTT If you can get a good deal from Target Ad, never miss that.

    He sold it......Really cheep...To an old friend and turbo Mopar enthusiest. This friend because of heath issues to re-sell the car, which he did to another Mopar guy and friend Eric Larose. I'm sure we'll all see the car again as I know Eric is heavily into racing and was close with Stephan Beauregard.

    Pat, I love you and wish you were still into the cars. We had some fantastic times together with the club and just racing or cruising. I'll miss the company.
