    Rad Cap is Cold?

The upper rad hose is warm, however the rad cap is cold, even after driving the car for a while.

Any ideas why that would be? Just a failed cap?

that usually means there's no coolant in the neck of the rad. Now you gotta find out where it's going.

your probably low on coolant. I dont like crossflow radiators for this reason, once you are low on coolant you use less of your radiator.
