I bought a lancer shelby with no drivetrain, is an 89 T-II originally. I've got an 88 T-II engine and 555 trans in my garage, along with a 88 t-II smec, but may need a engine compartment wiring harness. Would like to have an unmolested one that is known to be good.

I have an 89 Daytona Shelby wiring harness I could part with. Now obviously the Daytona had two headlights and the Lancer had four, I'm guessing that if you're crafty with wiring that could be addressed. PM me if you are interested in the harness.

I have a T-I harness from an 89 Lebaron GTS if you can't find exactly what you need. Its the main harness and alt harness, but the injector harness is missing. IIRC the harness is in great shape otherwise.
It would be nice to find a lancer specific harness as I am not sure how to adapt the two to four headlight thing, think it changes lamps when you switch from low to high beams. It's something I'd really have to look into. I'll let you know. Oh, and the injector harness isn't an issue, my spare T-II still has the injector harness attached.

The Lebaron GTS is Chryslers version of a Dodge Lancer so the the headlight part wouldn't be an issue. $50 shipped if you decide you want it.
this would be ideal since the gts harness won't mean fussing with the lights. Only question I have is if the 89 had the charge air temp sensor or not...I can't remember if the wiring is in the harness with a plug and no sensor used, or if the wiring is ommited totally.
it it was a 89 t-1 then it didn't use a charge temp sensor. That could be wired in, all it is is one wire to the ecm and being a H-body harness would save a lot of splicing.
Thats what I am thinking too...I have an 88 Daytona T-II harness, but got it from a friend along with the engine and trans, said it has alot of issues. I could just grab the wiring for the charge air from it, added it to the gts harness and be good to go!
