Got my Ostrich today, fast shipping to Canada, I paid for it on the 19th, last weekend, and it's already here. That's fast for cross customs shipping! The shipping did really cost Moates $29, guess you pay for the speed. Again no additional fees from USPS.
I had to trim the ribbon header to clear the arm on the zif socket, but all is good.

Like everyone else, I placed my order and the following day got an e-mail from Moates saying I was getting some $$ back because of the discounts and group buy price but, I have yet to see any of that discount back in my account. Anyone else in my situation?

hmmm.......paid with CC on 2/23 but havn't recieved a credit yet. Im think'in I will give it at least 5 more business days, then, if no credit, maybe give them a call. I'm pretty sure I'll have recieved my credit by then.

It does take a few days for most cc accounts to show charges or credits made. But after my order was placed I got an email telling me I would get a credit and for how much. A couple days later when he sent the credit to my cc he sent me another email confirming that action.

Is there any info on the 2 switches on the side of the Ostrich? I loaded the first link http://tunerpro.markmansur.com/download/EmUtility.zip and the computer recognised the ostrich right away, didn't have to download anything else.

both switches need to be in the 28 pin spots look on the top for printing
