Help, fan won't stop running

Got off work last night and the car won't start, dead battery. Hook up a jump box and the engine coolant fan starts up. It will not shut off at all. Any one have an answer? 86 600ES, stock T1 with a stage 2 Cal from Cindy.

Fan relay up on the driver side strut tower has shorted on.
It's the relay on the right side looking at the 2 relays beside each other.
