Daytime running light issue

I bought a turbo P body harness recently and tonight I started to dig into it. After finding a mystery connector and not having a clue what it was. I have been able to determine its for the DRL module

I dont have the module or a jumper connector to bypass it. It looks like this thing is completely tied into the harness and will be a total pita to get around. Any ideas ? before I start some surgery here. Thanks

So the cutters came out and a mess ensued. I traced back all the wires to their ending points within the harness, clipped them and removed them. looks like they just piggybacked off the regular wires and wernt necessary for it to function.

harness is from a Canadian car most likely.

They did. service manual lists DRL's as a Canada only option.
