I've had many LM based 2.5 Cal's over the years starting in 06, some I did, some others did, all have idled wonky minus 1. Sure I'll give yours a go. I think my current setup idles wonky because of my wideband simulated narrowband output.
I'm going to add an extra ground to the LM and then reprogram the simulated narrowband output so that it's a little less severe in it's switching effect. Effectively make it "lazier".
It has a Bosch narrowband style curve to it. I tried making it a steeper voltage curve right around 14.7:1 and it made it worse.
I think I'll try a linear slope from 1v = 11:1 to 0v =17:1 and see how it performs.
My idle mix is good, but my range that the idle mix swings when switching is bad.

the other ones look ok. i need to contact Rob L and let him know so he can update the cals. i'm not quite sure if a moderator can access the cals for us or if only rob can access his post.

Should be easy to update. Aren't the DL links to my google drive now?
Repository DL is updated...
Unfortunately dropbox is killing the public folder setup which is how i was doing the autoupdate. so i have moved all the update files to a personal server. mpscan should update ok. however, mptune will not work correctly due to the fact that i also have modified the framework to v4. so, even tho mptune will update it probably won't work.
SO, ALL USERS SHOULD UNINSTALL MPTUNE MANUALLY, AND DOWNLOAD THE LATEST ZIP FILE FROM THE LINK IN POST 1 AND REINSTALL. SORRY.

downloaded MPtuner new zip and all fires right up and runs then when I shut it down it updates then will not open again. Gives a error says MPtuner has stopped working and is looking for solutions then that screen dies and nothing else happens open it up again and same message. Uninstall reinstall and same problem. This is on windows 10 tried running in different modes to same problem.
Morris, I loaded up an old customers cal to help him out, and I now get this error with the latest version of MP Tune:
This is not a MAP-type table, and doesn't indicate psi anywhere in the table data. I don't understand why it's giving this error for this table.Warning->subtype must be 1 to indicate a map table for scaling: WidebandAFRToO2TransferFunction

Ok i'm stumped here. I socketed my SMEC and have an ostrich plugged into it. I have downloaded a stock cal to make sure things run and cannot figure out how to load that cal from MPTune into the Ostrich. The ostrich shows up on MPTune as port 6 so I know MPTune sees it.
Can anyone please give me a pointer.
Thanks.

Here's the screenshot of where i'm at.
Thanks again.
Never mind. No sooner I posted this question I figured out the answer. I had to compile to bin first THEN flash!
Van fired right up.
Thanks.
Is there a way to have MPTune display Lambda rather than AFR, or is that too difficult given the different fuels?
should be able to create a custom user gauge and then enter the ecu min/max with the appropriate wideband min/max, e.g. .5 and 1.5.

sorry, i assumed you were talking about mpscan!!!
do you have specific tables in mind where you would like to see this? perhaps i could come up with some type of setting that would do this for you.

The real benefit here would be something I learned only several years ago when I stepped into the wideband world.
The AFR measured in lambda is the same across the different fuel blends. So you wouldn't have built in errors when going from E10 to winter gas, or race gas.
The wideband instructions have all sorts of stoich targets for the different fuels measured, but the lambda stoich is consistent across the fuels.
That was my understanding though, but maybe I am wrong.

So, why wouldn't it work now? If you convert the AFRsettings table over to your lambda goal values, and set your WB2NB range to be for the lambda range, does it look screwy?
I suppose Morris would need to verify the calculations are correct for using lambda to ensure those target guide lines are accurate.

I just want the box to show Lambda when I'm pointing at things. I can't import anything or log stuff. I'm still tuning old school as I haven't finished putting my MPScilink together.
