Sorry for my crude old school perspective, just saying that its not as big of a deal as people seem to make it sometimes.
wasnt the super 60 head milled down more towards swirl cc's?????

No, but in the S60 Tech Paper, it's recommended that the MP head be milled down till the combustion chambers were 50cc, so it would bump the compression up where it would be with a swirl head.

From the S60 tech paper, by Jerry Mallicoat

The cylinder head requirements can be easily solved by selecting the Mopar Performance Race Ported Head directly from the MP catalog. Part Number P4529353. For those that do their own cylinder head work start out with MP's "G" cylinder head casting P4349065, and use P4349125 and P4349126 Oversize seats in conjunction with P4529442 44mm intake valve and P4529443 36.8mm exhaust valve. Race valve springs P4286540 will also be required. Additional parts such as valve stem locks, retainers, seals and shims are all available from the Mopar Performance Parts Catalog. Before final assembly, the head needs to be milled to obtain a combustion chamber volume of 50 cc's.

I had a 2.2 TII bottom end with a G head up top. It ran. It ran good actually. It was just a bit sluggish off boost.

    Re: turbo-cylinder head-8 valve G-head

From the pics, it looks like a 85 287 casting. If I remember correctly, 85 was the only year G head that had the 2 A/C bosses in the casting, and the casting # ended in 287. All previous G heads only had one boss and were 655s or 445s.

It also looks like it hasn't been shaved or resurfaced much (the pad on the front is still recessed).

    Re: turbo-cylinder head-8 valve G-head

what hes trying to say is that all the mopar performance heads used the 287 style combustion chamber aka a g-head. mopar didnt use the swirl style as a peformance head. that head you have was probley off of an 1985 t1 car hince the nonroller cam
